edi to xml integration service

What is EDI “integration services”

It is EDI2XML own conversion service from EDI format to XML for incoming EDI documents, and from XML to EDI for outgoing EDI documents.
Using EDI2MXL integration services, enterprises do not have to invest on any licenses, software or hardware: EDI2XML conversion is done on our own private and secured servers in the “cloud”. The enterprise pays a subscription monthly fee against the service and a one-time activation fee to get started. We offer two different plans:

  • Basic service: this plan simply consists of converting incoming EDI documents to XML, and outgoing XML documents to EDI.
  • Full service: this plan includes the basic service, PLUS we connect on your behalf to your business partner’s server to download your incoming documents and upload your outgoing EDI documents to his server. In other words, we act as your EDI provider.

How much does it cost

As previously stated, the EDI2XML service is offered in two different plans. Each plan has its own properties and attributes. Depending on the plan you choose (basic or full), the number of partners you need to exchange EDI with, you will be priced differently for the service.

Obviously there is a one-time activation fee and a recurring service fee. For a detailed price list, please visit the EDI2XML as a service pricing page.

How to get started

It is very quick and simple to get started with either plan; here are the steps to follow:

  1. Prepare the list of your business partners you want to start exchanging EDI with as well as their respective EDI documents
  2. Decide which plan you want to go with (basic or full service)
  3. Contact us with the proper information

Once we get all the above information, one of our specialists will contact you to conclude the agreement, and start the activation process of your plans on our cloud servers. Normally, the activation process takes between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the number of partners and documents to exchange.
